The
Non-Toxic
Food Guide

The easy way to find good food.

When my family and I got back from Costa Rica, I couldn't shake something. Every market we walked into down there, real food was just there — grown nearby, picked that week, no research project required. Coming home, I realized how backwards we have it here. The good stuff is the exception. You have to hunt for it.

"Organic" isn't what it used to be. Most "free-range" eggs come from warehouses the size of football fields. So I made this — a simple way to find the people in California who still do it the old way.

Northern California ranchers, dairies, creameries, and fisheries who do it right. Pastured meat. Real eggs. Grass-based dairy. Farmstead cheese. Local fish. Produce edition coming next.
